The visa checker processes the travel details you choose to enter, such as passport country or region, passport type, trip purpose, planned entry date, stay length, transit details, entry port, onward-ticket confirmation, and whether you already hold a valid China visa.

The feedback form processes the page name and the message you submit. It does not ask for an email address. Please do not put names, contact details, passport numbers, or other personal information in the message.

Visa inputs are sent to the site server for a one-time rules check and returned as an on-screen result. Feedback messages are received by the server and discarded after the request. The application does not write either type of submission to a database or other persistent application storage.

ChinaTravel.tools does not ask for your legal name, passport number, identity documents, account credentials, payment details, or document uploads. The current product has no user accounts and does not store trip plans or form submissions in an application database.

ChinaTravel.tools uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page visits and product interactions. Google Consent Mode denies analytics and advertising storage by default. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies to measure visits and product interactions. If you keep analytics off, Google may still receive cookieless technical measurement data, such as page URLs, timestamps, browser or device details, and an abbreviated or otherwise processed IP address.

The analytics integration uses a fixed set of labels and does not send free-text search queries, feedback messages, or visa checker inputs. Advertising personalization, remarketing, and Google Signals are not enabled. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser so the site can apply it on later visits. Clearing the site's browser data resets the choice.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events. Those platform logs are controlled by the hosting provider and its configured retention settings, not by the application database.
